Nutritional therapy works to restore and maintain the body’s natural balance – key for a happy, vibrant, and disease-free life. Stress, environmental factors (toxins, chemicals, pollutants, pesticides), sleep, activity levels, relationships, passion and purpose in life, and food choices all contribute to the strength and balance of the body’s foundations, impacting how your body looks, works, and feels.
Imbalances can cause ‘cracks’ in these foundations, presenting themselves in a variety of ways – digestive problems, fatigue, weight imbalances, lack of energy, insomnia, skin issues, emotional distress, chronic illnesses, or any number of other signs.
As a Nutritional Therapy Consultant (NTC), I will work with you to identify root causes of foundational imbalances, and then provide a personalized plan with eating and lifestyle recommendations designed to restore the balance. Nutrient-dense, properly-prepared food is a big part of the nutritional therapy approach.
